Design a Complete CAD Drawing of a Product

I need a complete CAD drawing of my smart key cover. It will have a speaker, a circuit board, and a cover that breaks away in two pieces. It have attached a 3D modeling of the product. The speaker and circuit board will need to be designed. I do not have any other designs or drawings associated with the circuit board or speaker. I need a final drawing that I can hand to my manufacturer and get a prototype designed. The drawing will be in STEP format. My budget is $300. Thanks, Graham
