A2Billing Web Call interface

When customers log into their A2Billing account, I would like them to have a page that would allow them to enter their phone number and the destination they would like to call. The system then would call both numbers and connect them. The system would also charge the customer's account for both calls with the appropriate checks of having enough balance and so on ahead of the call.
