Affiliate Website Needed

I am looking for someone to design and build a website on a domain name that i have.

the domain name is a word/phrase that i have found several affiliate programs that would fit in nicely with. i dont plan on building my own website on the domain and figured it would be nice to try and get some extra income off the domain through affiliate/commission websites.

i need someone who is experienced in building and developing a website with links to outside websites to generate revenue. if you do not have previous experience please do not bid. i will check references to make sure you have this experience in having built a website that links to others to generate income

i know this is not a tough website to build, but i am looking for advice/guidance based on experience, not just a quick design website - need advice on placement of ads, which affiliates are best, worth having multiple links on the site, etc.
