converting detailed sketches into Autocad 2d and 3d

We are looking for a team or individual who can draw in AutoCAD from our rough sketches. Not much creativity needed just a good grip on AutoCAD 2008-09 or 10. We provide architectural/structural design, civil works, engineering and supervision, we now have 50 homes under contract and some under construction going, we have completed 80 percent of the work necessary to draft so we need to convert our sketches to .dwg files, and high res JPGs. for our computer record... You need to have a reliable team of people for fast work, or a good knowledge of AutoCAD, We can pay US$ 20-50 for a complete AutoCAD design. Included all required files… We will only consider only 3 types of bids with a sample of: 1-Rought sketch (scan from paper/draft work) 2-Auto cad original file designed from that sketch 2-JPG in high res of that file It is to check your experience/expertise from start to end result.
