After user press a physical button, the system generates a QR-CODE in the below process:
t ⊕ x1 ⊕ x2 ⊕ x3 ⊕ x4 ⊕ w ===> QR-CODE
Rquirement：
1. Use Arduino develop
2. A QR-CODE reader (can be mobile or any machine) reads the qr-code and it can get all the input values in the qr-code, i.e.:
QR-CODE ===> t, x1, x2, x3, x4, w
