Hello i need someone who can program an arduino for voltage and temperature sensor depending on voltage it will turn on/off a pin depending on Temperature it will adjust PWM of a pin and switch on / off a pin it will send SMS with SIM300 module for voltage and temperate monitor it will have a HTTP interface for the status and also there will be 8 input and 8 output pin that can be controlled via SMS and web ui i am already having the same thing using some PIC micro controller but want it on arduino MAX Budget 3000
