I need a DC/DC converter designed and prototyped with the following ratings-

Input - 5V to 100V

Output - one fixed output programable in sw or with a dip sw on board - one of 12V or 48V

Output current - upto 20A

Converter topology - SEPIC

Controller - PIC based (8 bit)

Control method - any (PID or other)

Other -

input and output voltage sensing, input and output current sensing

A small 4 digit LCD to display measured current and voltage, a pushbutton to scroll through the data

A serial port to transmit the measured variables

Please bid only if you have good power electronics design experience. I need this to be a demo kit for a project. But the supply stability is a must. It's not suppose to get too many transients.

I will need some prototypes as part of the delivery. Small single sided pcb should work.
