DC converter review, build and testing

Hi, Looks like an impressive powersupply. I have many years experience in electronis design and PCB layout especially in Altium Designer. I also have the capacity to build most designs including SM but some of the high density ball grid arrays are a challenge. The QFN packages are fine. Do you have the facilities to test the complete assembly? Are there any issues with the current PCB layout? My timng is based on building your current PCB only assuming you have all the critical components. Happy to chat about your needs anytime. I am an electronic engineer with over 15 years experience in many fields. Please see my portfolio for more information. I would recommend building more than 1 PCB if you want to properly verify the design. This will give you a spare if needed as well as allow comparisons between them. I will build more than 1 if you would like; however, I would like to see the PCB layout before committing to that in the current bid price. Cheers, Dean

I can carry out this project on this schedule: 3 days for pcb manufacturing by 3rd party and component samples ordering, 1 day for pcb assembling ,1-3 days for testing. Hi Anthony. My bid includes pcb review, pcb soldering, testing and shipping back to. 60 days because it includes shipping from you to me and back to you. I am soldering pcb much faster than developing software :-).

G'day, I'm based in Sydney, where abouts are you? I had a quick look at the PDF SCH file, but did not see the 3D screenshot that you mentioned? The SCH lets me know qty of parts, but of course without BoM or the 3D screenshot, I have no idea on physical size of some of the components , ie passives, are they imperial or metric sizes, are they say 01005 resistors or say 0402, it makes a decent difference for assembly... ( PS, I owned a PCB Assembly factory in SouthWest in Sydney for ~20years.. ;) - Now I mostly consult and do R&D and product design for mass production) I still have access to appropriate gear now (our own factory is now closed ) to do the prototype assembly for local small quantites, as well as small-medium production runs, but also have very access to China factories for large quanity (Million+) runs at quite competative prices if needed... Have you already had the PCB's made? Are they individual, or are they panelised? In time for qty production, may I suggest that we can panelise and do a Pick-n-Place file extract from Altium. I use Altium so I can assist with this in time should you wish. Can you send across the 3D image so I can gain a clearer understaning of the assembly, or conversely the Altium files, so I can extract the files neccesary for PnP?
