I will use an nRF51822 Bluetooth chip as I have previously worked on it before. Plus it has an on chip arm core so you wont need another controller. background: I am an embedded systems engineer with experience in connectivity solutions inc bluetooth, wifi, usb, pcie etc. I have developed several complete products for the industry.
