Consultation with Drupal development - repost 2

Hi, I want to build a website using Drupal which I require a 1-1.5 hour consultation from you. No coding for you is required, you just need to provide me with intensive information, such as which modules I need to get the requirement going or process of importing and monitoring data. The site I'm working towards is very similar to this, [login to view URL] The aim is to build a website that displays entries in the form of a table from a database. The entries can saved and used by the user for other purposes. The entries can be freely modified. The entries can be sorted.
