Create a "DELETE FILES" block for Moodle 2.8+ that allows deleting files associated with a particular student's submission. Functions this way: 1. User searches for a student name 2. Block presents a list of enrolled and previously enrolled courses for the chosen student 3. User checks one or more courses from the from the list. 4. User presses "Show associated files" button 5. Block lists files from chosen course. Shows Course name, file name, date uploaded 6. User can check some or all files in the list. There is "Select all files" button. 7. User presses "Delete selected" button 8. Checked files are deleted 9. Block reports "The following files were successfully deleted:" and lists files that were deleted
