I have hired a designer once and I have no site. Please do not apply for this site if you cannot build it and in a timly fashion. I need this site as soon as possible due to deadlines that were not met. This is a match maching (dating)site. However not like the typical sites online. Site is for men to meet Russian woman. Site needs to operate through 2 domains 1 domain the men log into and the other the woman log into. (Womans site must be in Russian Men should only see woman on their site and woman only men on their site. This is for my clients privacy I need the following features. Through this section agencies must also be able to see all credits men have spent on one of their ladies. (this is a must because agencies are paid by credit usage. They must be able to see all credits used on their ladies.)Agencies should also be able to set up their own gift shop in this section. If a man wants to send a gift to a lady, he can click on gift icon in her profile, see gifts agency has to offer and purchase this gift by our webste. Other features should be favorites list for both men and woman. Matches list. Most features on most dating sites today. I need site ASAP. I will not pay one cent until site is complete. I have done this before and only got burned. When you finish site you get paid. I am not asking for site to be turned over to me however it must be complete. You get paid I get site. Do not tell me you can have site finished in a certain time if you cannot. If site is not finished in agreed time I will hire someone else I do not have time to waste. My time was wasted once. ALSO INCLUDE WHEN YOU WILL START ON BUILDING THIS SITE. telling me 14 days to delivery is fine but it is not fine if it means you are starting a month from now due to other projects.
