I want a program in either c++, c#, python, or matlab that uses the algorithm dynamic time warping. As you know/should know there are already libraries that already exists using DTW. I will have 1 graph and something like 1000 sub-graphs. all graphs and sub-graphs are represented by normal (x,y) [login to view URL] x is time. Note: a graph should be made of 3 sub-graphs inside of it. Now what I need is the following: do DTW between graph and all subgraph. return a an order list of the most matched with a starting time of match to the end time of match here is an example (hopefully clear) : graph x = 1 2 4 1 9 4 2 ---- y = 2 5 4 1 2 1 2 with time = 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 2 sub-graphs labled a) x = 4 3 y = 1 1 b) x = 1 2 4 y = 2 5 4 the output should be DTW = 0 , graph b, start time = 1 end time = 3 DTW = something, graph a, startime = 3 endtime =5 the list increases if there are more sub-graphs Note my example is simple and I understand DTW is more complicated than my example but you get the point. If I am not clear/ have any questions/comments please tell me.
