Hello, I can do an analysis in R like for example: "Test the hypothesis that more Ozone in the troposphere (ground-level ozone) is created when oxides of nitrogen (and volatile organic compounds) react in the presence of sunlight." I would then use one of the data sources that you listed at epa . gov airquality … and look at data gathered in the city of Minneapolis over several years to test the hypothesis. This data would be combined with other data in a small Map Reduce job to give us a a richer set to play with. I can have the job done in, say 2 days. How does that sound like?
