Analyze some Data

Hello,
Enclosed you'll find my data structure in csv-format and a few entries. These are web tracking data. I need a tutor who explains to me via Skype how to:
1) Restructure/aggregate the data by user_id. So we can proceed with
2) Some clustering. Most data is nominal, so you as an expert must come up with a new idea how to transform the data or use suitable algorithms for nominal data (kModes?)
Some notes:
- Due to its sensitivity, I can't send you the data. So, I need a tutor who can talk with me about the two steps while I try it.
- I have some "advanced basic" knowledge in R and Machine Learning.
- You must be orally fluent in English or German
I pay you by the hour. For this first intro project, I estimate we need 1-2 hours. Probably much more to come.
