PURPOSE: This will give you hands on practice with querying a relational data base. You will gain some experience querying the AdventureWorks database using Microsoft Access. This assignment will provide you some experience with building queries that contain multiple tables, various filtering conditions, calculations and aggregations. SOFTWARE: For this assignment, you should use Microsoft Access 2010, 2013, or 2016 that runs on the Windows operating system. IMPORTANT: To get full credit on this assignment, first make sure that you carefully read the instructions for each problem. The instructions tell you what goal to reach, and often include tips & tricks to teach you how to get there. MATERIALS: The ZIP file, ASGN-5 [login to view URL] contains both the assignment instructions, the Access database, and some learning materials. For guidance about the Access features in this assignment, we recommend you use the following: (1) The lecture slides from this week that we used in class. Plus there are two sets of notes attached here, called (2) “Access Queries” and (3) “More About Access Queries”. SUBMISSION: Add your name to the document name, ASGN-5 Querying an Access Database. Submit this file AND your final MS Access Database used to answer the questions. Due in 24 hrs
