I am looking for some data analysis to be completed using the data following source ([login to view URL]) The data range should be from Jan 1970 – Present, with all the data sourced into a large data set for the following bourghs. If all data can be placed into a CSV file Barking and Dagenham Barnet Bexley Brent Bromley Camden City of London City of Westminster Croydon Ealing Enfield Greenwich Hackney Hammersmith and Fulham Haringey Harrow Havering Hillingdon Hounslow Islington Kensington and Chelsea Kingston-Upon-Thames Lambeth Lewisham Merton Newham Redbridge Richmond-upon-Thames Southwark Sutton Tower Hamlets Waltham Forest Wandsworth Creation of a single CSV file Qhil this data is housing data I would also like you to add in soma additional data points Price of gold Election years Government in charge Gbp VS dollar Announcement of large infrastructure projects from the government I am keen to identify trends that the data is providing macro information able to locate micro impacts in price and the volatility of impact % growth etc on an area from a house price perspective. The aim is to determine which areas have greater projected growth due to general trends. A t a micro level some areas of london have grown quicker then others and it's now the time for the others to catch up so want to help identify investment areas

Hello, I can grab data for you from mentioned site and make analysis them. But maybe not all data available from 1970 year. For instance, with fast look on Barking and Dagenham we can get only data from 1995 year. With best regards, Igor
