Hello, I propose the following solution: - main spreadsheet (master file) will contain all data records and Macro to read datafiles - there will be a button on main spreadsheet, if you click the button, you will be prompted to select a file that you received - once you selected the file, the macro will automatically read all rows in the file (amount of rows is variable) and will add those rows to the main spreadsheet - if there are 0 rows in source file, then nothing will be added to main spreadsheet.
