The Payroll Assistant is responsible for :
- Maintaining expense records
- Reconciling vendor / customer invoices
- Ensuring that all payments are made and sent in a timely manner
- Resolving payment and payroll disputes
- Posting payments
- Filing deposit receipts and invoices
- Collecting on delinquent accounts
- Verifying cash receipts and deposits
- Provide professional customer service to vendors and employees
- Ability to multi-task
- QuickBooks experience
- Written and verbal communication skills
