We run an AV equipment rental company. Looking for a customised database system for our rental equipment that creates different logs to track equipment where abouts. Also to have a quotation and invoicing system that runs off this coupled with a customer database.

Hello, One question pops up to mind. Will the quotation and invoicing system have an output file (PDF) or will details of such be sent to an email of the client? I have done a project like this for rental equipment, tracking, invoicing, quotation, rental agreement which are stored by pdf to desired folders (depending on your computer) and are automatically attached to mail client with customers id already attached. In addition to this, there is a products database which we will now add maps to track the equipment's whereabouts.
