Create Excel spreadsheet with data from 900 emails

We have about 900 emails that we need to have the following data put into a excel spreadsheet by copy and paste, with some editing with the following information: Company Name Contact Email Address A sample of the email header is as follows: From: "Bob" <> Date: Wed, Oct 10, 2012 2:58 pm To: "Lisa Galloway" <info@3ecompanyxxx> (.com) Cc: "Bob" <3E-Company@xxx> For the company name, you will change any "-" symbol with a space (ex. 3E-Company will become 3E Company) On the above example: Company Name is: 3E Company Contact is: Lisa Galloway Email Address is: info@3ecompanyxxx (.com) Please note that freelancer does not allow an email address to be placed in an ad, so the above email address would include the full email address. All of the information must be completed by copy and paste to ensure accuracy. Data Entry is NOT acceptable, and you will receive an unacceptable rating if you do not use copy and paste for all entries. This must be completed within 24 hours of award, or the project will be cancelled We will put the project amount into escrow.
