CLERICAL AIDES

As a Transaction Processing Sr. Specialist I within the Payment Services team, you will be responsible for Automated Clearing House (ACH) Setup of automatic payment deduction instructions and backup support for mail services within the Payment Services Department. This includes batching of automatic payments applications and payment/payoff transactions into defined database, the setup/maintenance of loan payment deductions in mainframe loan applications, and the prompt distribution of appropriate materials to internal and external customers/business partners. This individual will also support mail functions to research and identify accounts using the appropriate mainframe and/or customer system applications. Prepare overnight packages using UPS database. Assist with upkeep and maintenance of distribution logs and other required paperwork. Available work schedule: Monday - Friday - 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Qualifications Previous experience in auto finance or banking operations preferred Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Working knowledge of basic accounting principles Familiarity with basic computer functions including mouse and keyboard usage, launching applications, and maneuvering in a Windows-based environment Data entry skills to include the ability to use 10 key with minimal errors Good communication skills, both written and oral Ability to work in a structured environment and adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements Must display a high sense of urgency Must have ability to meet quality and productivity standards Interpersonal skills; professional and courteous Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work Problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and detail-oriented Ability to positively adjust to a rapidly changing environment
