Build database of researchers on food contaminants

The OBJECTIVE of the project is the following: Build a database (XLS file) of at least 200 researchers whom have published at least one research paper on Food contaminants in the past 5 years (2011-2016). Strong preference should be given to researchers based in EU28 countries (researchers outside EU28 countries should not represent more than 10% of the whole list). It is irrelevant whether the researcher is a MSc or PhD holder. No more than 5 researchers can be from the same institution / university (e.g. University of Oxford). Database should include (at least) the following columns / fields: - First Name of the researcher (can be an abbreviation). - Last Name of the researcher (cannot be an abbreviation) - Affiliation (institution/university where the researcher is/was based) - Country of the institution/university - E-mail address (usually publicly available for the main author of the paper) - Paper Title (latest publication on the topic) - Journal (where paper was published) - Paper DOI See this EXAMPLE: First Name: J. This list is indicative but not exhaustive, so the freelancer is expected to search for additional papers and authors. The hirer will furthermore provide a list of 5 additional scientific journals on that topic where research papers (and their authors) can be searched. Preference should be given to papers that combine "food contaminants" and "climate change". PAYMENT: Milestone payment will be released per every 25 researchers sent. List max = 300 entries. PLEASE NOTE: it took the hirer 30 minutes to do a proper project description so that the terms of assignment are 100% clear. Freelancers that immediately respond to the posting (i.e. did not even have time to read it) will be excluded, no matter the price.
