We need you to put a lot of accounting data (few hundred receipts or invoices) to excel spreadsheets. Receipts are in Finnish, but it's not too difficult to find all the necessary information, like gross and net amounts, vat percentage, dates, etc.. If there is some unclear receipts we will help you to find all the info you need. You should also go through bank statements and see if some receipts are missing. We have to be able to communicate proficiently, and if everything goes fine, we hope that you will continue in our service and we will pay you for every hour you work in this and our future projects.
I have the necessary skills required to perform the project you have outlined here. However I would require more details of the work. So i hope you would open a PM to discuss about the work .
Also, I have been in GAF for past 9 yrs. I was overwhelmed with so many projects that i dint have time to bid on new projects for the last 2 yrs. Now that we have expanded I started biddning on new projects, but heard from one of the client my old reviews are not showing up. I feel that i am the best candidate for this job because i have the required skills both theory and practical skills in the field of accounting .I have vast experience working as a finance officer for non governmental organisations where my main duties among others included making cash withdrawals for the different projects , reconciling the funds with project officers .Checking that receipts have the adequate information and also posting these receipts and invoices into the excel and pastel software .This required paying attention to detail and also making accurate calculations and posting and therefore having mastered these skills i feel i can do this task well.I also have good analytical skills and pay much attention to detail, good interpersonal skills are my strenghts among others .
