Administration Support

Hi,
I'm looking for administration assistant to work on a long term basis.
· Data entry into an online management system.
· Process joining applications.
· Update and produce spreadsheets.
· Compose and send emails to customers and clients, email marketing
· Manage and update office notice boards.
· Support in Recruitment, pull CVs, contact candidates, arrange interviews etc
. Take incoming calls (Need to have good land line UK number to receive and make calls)
. Make outbound calls and update the system
. Update Accounts and ensure accounts are maintained properly using our ERP system
. Prepare content for website, brochure, for marketing material
. Supervise, monitor other junior staff, consolidate timesheets for the payment processing
. Support the client projects as project admin and other ad-hoc responsibilities
The person should be able to work UK time 10 - 2 PM
Need to work through freelancer, update the time.
Payment will be process bi-weekly or monthly basis through freelancer
Candidate should have good communication skills to liaise with UK based customers
Need to produce and report the activities on weekly basis
Need to produce data and the details of work for the approval
They should engage in any other activities during this allocated time.
