Customer Phone Support

We are looking for a company that provides phone support for my clients. Similar to freelancer (but we focus on trades and services), we have clients who post projects and then we have tradesmen bidding on those projects. For example, a consumer needs a house painted, describes this project online, and then painters ask questions, request a site visit and bid on the job. The consumer then chooses the best supplier. We are looking for a company that calls the consumer/buyer to: - make suggestions on how to improve the job description if there have't been many responses. - ask if they are happy with the responses they have received. - ask for feedback on winning suppliers. The company should also call the suppliers/ tradesmen to: - ask them to bid. - get feedback on the job description. - update their profile. - ask for feedback on the buyer/consumer after the job is completed. We will provide a Customer Support login to our website which allows you to enter the result of phone conversations on the project page. Every phone conversation needs to be recorded. We will provide a Skype account and set up Skye Out. This requires you to have an excellent Internet connection - the calls need to have the same sound quality as landline calls (no delays etc.). Alternative solutions to Skype Out are welcome. Your spoken AND written English needs to be EXCELLENT. You need to be able to understand the Australian accent. You need to have experience with customer service and a professional tone on the phone. The service needs to be provided some time between 12 noon and 6pm Australian Eastern Standard time on weekdays. As these are outgoing calls, you are not expected to be online the whole time. So your quote should not be based on time but based on the number of completed phone calls (currently about 5-10 per business day). We provide mobile phone numbers which increases the likelihood of getting the recipient on the phone.
