Do some Excel Work

I have 2 excel files. One is of specific addresses I am interested in and the other one is a bigger master file of addresses and phone numbers. \r\n\r\n\r\n I need to append the phone numbers to the specific addresses I require. \r\n\r\nNot all of the phone numbers will be available in the master file and the addresses are in slightly different formats but with some good excel skills they could be matched up.\r\n\r\nEdit: Thanks for responses so far. I should say that i havent bought the whole master file yet but i wanted to ensure that what i was hoping to do was possible. I believe the differences in the addresses will create issues so would like to test the theory first and for someone to explain how they intend to do it as if it is not done correctly then it will result in a lower 'hit rate' and its the hit rate I need to be as high as possible This wil in part be down to the completeness of the master file but also on the strategy someone uses to match/append the phone numbers.\r\n\r\nFor example - see the 2 files attached. This is not the actual 'master file' but a smaller sample so not many numbers will match up but it will give an idea of what will be required. \r\n\r\nSorry to require a test first but the master file will cost several hundred pounds so i need to be sure what i need can be done\r\n\r\nthanks!
