For Who are you trying to contact, choose "The White House And President Obama" 4. For Subject, choose "Civil Rights" 5. Ignore the 2nd Subject field on the right. 6. After filling in the fields, answer the challenge question and click submit 7. On the left side, click "Sent to White House?" and click submit 8. The next record will load on the left. 9. Click "Reload White House Comments Page" at the top of the right panel. Do this for approximately 700 records.
