Currently, I work as a part-time VA for a real estate company in the US. This work enhanced my administration skills. I am an EXPERT in email handling, internet research, data analysis, CUSTOMER SERVICE, and DATA ENTRY.
My previous work experiences include CUSTOMER SERVICE and SALES in a call center wherein I answer inquiries through phone and email. I have worked as a customer service representative for 2 of the telecommunications companies in Australia as well as a satellite TV provider in the US. I was promoted in the two companies that I worked for. My duties are to assist customers with their billing and sales inquiries, generate leads, process orders and modifications of services, handle complaints and respond to emails in a timely manner. This type of work has prepared me for MULTITASKING, following instructions, PROVIDING SOLUTIONS/problem solving, being INDEPENDENT, and managing high volume workload.
