We need someone to provide Chat and Email customer service for harrisburgstore.com. The person should be able to handle incoming chats, respond emails, handle customer issues. Prior experience with Zendesk is a plus which is the platform being used by us.

I have worked with Zopim, but I just took a look at Zenndesk and i doesn`t seem too far from any customer support chat platform.
