I am a Real Estate Agent, as as such we rely on leads to run our business, As in your email attachment promo, getting any kind of contact info from prospects is good (email, telephone numbers, etc), but the real deal is getting a lead of someone actually wanting to sell their house, or buy another. SO this job is just that. I don't really need a "maybe I will sell my house next year, or maybe not" its kinda a waste of time for me and for them.
If someone is looking to buy we of course want to meet with them, but also offer sending them listings of houses that would fit their ideal house, esp this if they don't want to meet just yet.
If they are wanting to sell their house we should meet with them to see the house to get an exact price the house would be worth. BUT, we can give them a home evaluation over the net, quickly, easy and with no hassles.
Both of those are FREE services, we do not charge to meet with people and we do it at their convenience.
This is a test run, $50 for 5 hours work, to see what you can accomplish. If you do good, the job will run longer and with leads that go to a sale, will come bonuses.
Customer service is a must! My reputation and my brokerages reputation is on the line. ANY complaints and the contract will be over without pay!!!!!
Scripted calls do not work, but powerful phone techniques do. I want you to believe you are my executive assistant, making them believe that I am not needy for sales but I am helping them to sell their home. This is where excellent phone techniques and sales comes into play. You have to make them see why NOW is a good time to sell their home, WHY I am the person to sell that home, WHY they should list with me, WHY they should trust their house with me.
I'm not sure what you know about Real Estate, over there is is much different then over here. You might have to research a bit if your unsure about Ontario Real Estate. I want calls made directly in my territory.....Whitby ON and Brooklin ON. Unless you can find a telephone book online I will have to send you email pages from our books. The DO NOT CALL LIST also comes into play with Real Estate calls, there is a link online I can send you to plug in the number first to see if they are on this list.
