You have to have a certain amount of imagination, and find a little pleasure in writing. Also, I will not accept articles that have **grammar and style** problems. * **Unique work:** - Obviously, I need 100% unique articles (I check with both Viper and Copyscape, so please don't consider plagiarism). * **Number of articles per day:** - Usually, I send out jobs for articles as long as **350-380** words. Since I require about 10 articles per day, this should be easier for you. * **Main topic:** - In general, I will send out articles on debt relief/debt management topics. After the first few assignments work becomes very easy since you will already have your research cut down for you. * **Research:** - I am willing to help with research as much as I can. With every assignment I will send out directions and ideas to help you gather as much data as you can and make your work as easy as possible. * **Promptitude:** - This is very important to me. I need you to follow deadlines. I am not absurd, I understand that sometimes you will need time off, or you won't be able to meet the deadline, but I can't have you slacking off with all assignments. **Article Re-Writing**: * **Uniqueness** - Even if I send out articles to be rewritten, you have to completely rewrite them, not replace some sentences here and there. I check with copyscape and Viper * **Quality** - Just as with article writing, I need you to understand that I need quality articles, with no **grammar and style mistakes** * **On Time Delivery** - I will issue about **10 rewrites per day** usually, and you need to follow this deadline or else we can't work together. * **Lenght** - Usually, 400-450 words per rewrite. **Payment and Word Count** : * Article Writing - I am willing to pay $1.5-$2 per article. The price varies based on your expertise and quality of work. Remember, 350-400 words per article (400 max), 10 per day - long term. * Article Rewriting - I am willing to pay $1-1.3 per rewrite. Again, your article needs to be high quality. * Bonuses - With my team I have the tradition of issuing bonuses (every 4 months) based on their previous work.
