Direct response real estate investment campaign

Who we are: We are real estate investors searching for properties to purchase at a discount from market value. Who we need: A person with an intimate knowledge of direct response marketing as well as good knowledge of real estate, property seller motivations, etc. What we need: A marketing campaign for abandoned/vacant properties. This campaign should include the following: 1. Direct response prospecting message to be used in advertisements, postcards, and letters. (offering a free report or some other incentive for the owner of a vacant property to call us.) 2. The free report or other incentive to be used, as noted above. 3. A sequence of at least 5 follow up letters. This project should be very straight forward and simple for the right person. We also have a long list of other target markets for which we will need additional campaigns.
