Create nice formatted Word documents from pdf-files

30+ files of various size (most of them on 1 page but one is a "manual" on about 16 pages) needs to be made in Word (re-written or copy/paste). The files are in pdf at the moment and I need them to look about just the same, only in Word format. All documents are in Norwegian. All text, images, pictures etc. must be included just as in the original document. Please estimate price and delivery time.
