Hello, My name is Amrita Sarkar. I am postgraduate in Microbiology. I have done my graduation in Home Science with specialization in Food, Science and Quality Control. I have worked in industry as scientist for 6 years. The industries I worked in are Alembic Ltd., Sun Pharma Advanced Research Center and Dr. Reddys Laboratories Ltd.. My background of foods and nutrition and microbiology gives me exposure of writing on variety of topics. In first year of my graduation, I studied psychology, sociology, clothing and textiles, mass communication, home management, anatomy and physiology, food toxicology, food chemistry, diet therapy, food technology and many others. In both my degree courses, I got good exposure in writing of research papers, project reports, dissertation thesis, project proposals. I secured highest marks in project proposal on obesity virus and in seminar on the topic Prospects of in-utero gene therapy as partial fulfillment of Master's degree course. My dissertation thesis was also rated among the best. Other subjects of my field are food packaging, quality control, biochemistry, genetics, clinical research, microbiology, molecular biology and related fields. While working in industry, I acquired experience in writing validation reports, monthly and quarterly reports, drafting STPs and SOPs as per ICH guidelines, preparing slide presentations, data analysis and its trending by statistical methods. I consider myself sincere, hard working and flexible in writing. Giving me an opportunity to undertake writing assignments will definitely guarantee satisfaction to myself and the customer concerned.
