We need to create an in-depth polygonal shapefile of the attached areas for the "DATA" coverage of AT&T. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE DATA CHOSEN ON THE PAGE You will need to zoom in very far to get the most accurate results. Use WGS84 Datum. This is for parts of Arkansas, Louisiana, and Texas Simply outline the areas that are not part of the coverage. Here is the website link. [login to view URL] WE ONLY NEED THE AREAS THAT ARE SPECIFIED IN THE FIRST 2 IMAGES. The third image is an example of how far too zoom in.

The onscreen digitizing accuracy depens on serveral things: 1) resolution of the image provided. 2) accuracy of the original survey/creation of the coverage shape. The following steps will do the job: 1)Georeferincing the map into WGS84 basemap(based on road network and recongnizable feature in your image and basemap available(ESRI road or bing map) 2) create shape file and digitize the polygon. 3) QAQC the accuracy. The final product will be provided in ESRI shp file It will take one to three days depens on communication effectiveness.
