Working on a Ruby on rail system.

Looking for an experience ruby on rails developer that can add the following to my system. so what is needed to be done is; Comments on news and projects, Add pictures to companies and users As a priviledged user I want to be able to update the status of the milestones for a project So that everyone can be up to date on the current status of the project. so it should be like a progress bar or something. As a privileged user I want to be able to print out the projects So that it could be used as document handout. As an administratorI want to be able to view the deleted projects So that I can see the projects that have been removed. As an administrator I want to be able to manage the comments So that I could edit the comments or deletion. Linking projects page with the projects slider on the homepage, that means i want to remove those things in the project slider and replace with the projects on projects page. but that'll have to be after you've added the adding image feature to project, so the image of each project and short description appears on the in the slider like news does in the news section of the homepage. And finally, Testing + data validation for news and Homepage + info pages(contact page and so on). you will need to play with the app first to full understand what i'm talking about. contact me if you're interested, so i can send you the zip for the app.
