We need a CSS guru to change the way our background graphics are displayed. Right now, we're transmitting a couple hunks of ugly JPG and we want to move to a CSS based, layered PNG set of backgrounds.
We will need well commented HTML and CSS back, as it will be integrated into a SMARTY template on our end, so our guys will need to be able to read and understand the work that's been done.
You can view a prototype of the graphics use here, you can download the individual files as well.

And how they should be placed here

So you can download and look at any part you wish.
The background and the PNGs must load FIRST, before the rest of the site.
This is a rush job, so please don't bid if you can't go to work on it right away. CSS guru's only.
