The header suggests that the CRM Calculations needs to be done on Filemaker(Apple Product). I would like to recommend other Cloud Applications which would cater your need and even have the mobile applications handy for agents to get a real time use of the application. I belong to a group of Consultants so would definitely recommend you to choose the best CRM Solution for your need.
