Calling some C++ coders to make/improve a c++ project i have of report card. I need features of C++ like polymorphism, encapsulation, use of pointers, constructors/destructors, virtual functions, friend functions etc. to be there in the project. It should have add update or delete item option.
Clauses of fees and scholarship need to be added.
I have a file with me that you might find useful. I have a budget of 25$. Please bid accordingly.
