It's not difficult with the .txt input file. But your input file is Exel, so I need to add a library to C++ app which can read data from .xlsx file.

Hello I have done similar project infact challenge in C++, where I won the first place. The challenge was to find the place where we should place billboards on a city map so as to attract max traffic with minimum billboards. There I used dijkstra's algorithm. I believe this question is quite simple and will not take much time, Still I am adding two days as we need testing. About me : I am a software developer, having an experience of more than 3+ years. I am into C/C++ for around 7 years. I have done my undergraduation in Computer Science. I am a part time android developer and participates on TopCoder in my free time.
