Creating tetrahedrons

I want to create tetrahedrons using xyz data in a file that has been created using msvc++ and display these tetrahedrons using opengl and Qt libraries. Once this file is created I should be able to join it with say other files and display all the terahedrons in one graphic view. The xyz will form the vertices of the tetrahedron and the centre of each tetrahedron will be calculated and shown as a point. The file should be able to contain 2000 or more vertices. 1. A general code for creating tetrahedrons for n vertices where n=2000 from the database with detailed procedure will be required.
