This is a small application in c# to read 2 shp files on different projections. The software will then recast the one file to the projection of the other and make both sets of points visible in arrays. You can use external libraries as long as they run in process (dlls) and DO NOT call command line processes. I would prefer if you use the GDAL for c# library but it's not a must. Please let me know in your bid what library you will use.

Dear employer! I would be happy to help you with this project. I have working code on c# to copy shape file to new one with different CRS with all respect to geometry transformation So I will modify this code to get projection from second shape-file and to replace old version of first shape-file with new version (after transformation) My code use GDAL.
