Create a simple demo WPF application with a Datagrid

I am looking for a WPF professional developer who can create a simple one window application. I will then use the code from your demo application in my project.

Please check out the attached screenshot. You would actually only have to implement one column in the grid. But what is special is that it must be possible to select the value with a combobox. The values in the column must be unique. What means that if you have selected Value A in the first row, you can't select Value A any more in the second row. Value A shouldn't appear any more in the combobox. As soon as you have removed Value A from the first row it should be possible to use Value A in the second...

It should be possible to have multiple sets of the values you have filled in the grid. By selecting another set (Vorlage) from the combobox above the grid the set will be loaded to the grid.

It must be possible to store all the data sets in user settings (Serialize the objects to json).

Please note that the values for the columns are objects and not just strings. They are stored in an ObservableCollection on the viewModel. The whole solution should be follow the mvvc pattern. Please provide the code as a VS2015 solution.

The solution must be finished by 31.10.2016, 08:00 (Central European Time)

The pattern should be mvvm and not mvvc as in the original description.
