A very simple, quick job. I want a few code snippets in C# for ASP.NET that will allow me to evaluate and ID column (PK) and three columns from EACH row of tableA, against ALL rows of three columns in another tableB (ID not compared), to see if this value already exists on tableB before it is inserted into tableB. Three values from tableA will attempt to be inserted into tableB. If any of the three values do not match, then insert a new record on tableB. If all three match, then save the matching record ID from tableB for the next operation. There is also tableC. TableC has a Foreign key field that links to the Primary Key of tableB. tableA also writes other columns it has into tableC, But from the above operation, it has to get either the new value ID entered into tableB, or the ID of the existing record if it already existed, and enter this into the Foreign key field of tableC. So 3 columns from tableA records, will be conditionally entered into tableB. The existing record or new record ID will then be used for tableA to write it's 3 columns to tableB and all the rest to tableA, and use the entry of tableB to mark the FK field of the new record in tableC
