C# Batch Email Sending application with Office 365 Forms Application -- 2

I am after a batch email engine that works with office 365 EWS It must meet the following requirements: • Windows Forms Application in C# .NET 4.5 • Have a control which can edit the body of the message o HTML Editor o Enable inline images o Allow variables such as %FirstName%, %LastName%, %Salutation% • Get the contacts from a datatable (I can already do this side of the coding) • Have a progress bar which monitors how many email have been sent and how many are remaining to be sent. • Have a settings page (providing the server, username, password, tls, DisplayName, etc) • I have links to working code samples from Microsoft for this however they are console applications and do not have the loops in the programming. • I can create an example account on office 365 or an exchange server for testing. Most of the code will be provided from Microsoft and myself it is more the batch sending and the HTML editor that allows the editing of the content and embedding the inline images / signature to the email. I am not looking at spending much on this project initially but future work will be given to the successful applicant.
