Automate a Facebook like from a Windows Phone 8 app

We have a Windows Phone 8 app ([url removed, login to view]) and are looking for someone to help us automate the steps of a user performing a Facebook Like for our website from within our app.
The deliverable for this project is a standalone proof of concept app written in XAML/C# and run on Windows Phone 8. We only need a demonstrable proof of concept - we do not need or expect production ready code.
We are interested in solutions able to to perform the Like using the Facebook app for Windows Phone. We believe using the Facebook app provides a nice user experience because no sign in is necessary. Of course, if the customer has not installed the Facebook app, the Like must be accomplished using other mechanisms.
There are two things we need to see from this project:
1) Tapping on a button will cause the user to Like our web site.
2) A text box will display a message indicating whether the user has Liked our web site. This must use the Facebook app or API to verify the user has liked our web site.
