Crawler software for the web in C++

I am looking for programmer who can create a scraper/spider/crawler software for the web in C++ Entry/Imput: 1. the start URL (Example: [login to view URL]) 2. a partial word or more partial words (Example: chain) 3. feature with additional words (Example: for, for the, for a, with, ...) 4. Limit the Level of external domains (Example: Level 1 or Level 2 ... Level x) The output: export the indexed data into XLS file with the following information 1. List all words they contain the partial word in the first column and sum the same words 2. Number of frequency in the second column (Example: chain 7804 chains 980 chainsaw 80 chainsaws 65 ...) 3. if with additional words to add the follow word (Example: chains for a machine 82 chainsaws for saws 45 chainsaw with Charger 13 ...) Non-negotiable: payment to be made once a software is 100% finished - don't bid if you don't agree with this. Thank you
