Hi! I'm new on Freelancer, but I have over 15 years of heavy duty programming experience, and quite a bit of experience porting code from one platform or the other. I'd very much like to give your project a shot! I will download and look over your code as soon as I get this bid written up, but before I do, I just wanted to tell you a little bit about myself. As stated above, I have over 15 years of experience as a developer and technical architect. I am looking at picking up some extra work to help pay for my oldest child's first year of college, so I am very driven to do this work and do it right. I can work around 20 hours per week, usually starting around 7:30PM Central Standard Time (USA). I'm just doing a flat bid on your project, and I'm low balling it so that we can possibly do more work in the future. I will review your project ASAP and if I have any questions about the current code I will ask questions here. I have ported apps written in C/C++ to C# before, most recently a media app that read MP3 files and converted them into 10 second 'clips' to play in audio surveys. As I mentioned above, I haven't looked at the code yet, but questions I immediately have is whether the codebase has any references to any third party/purchased controls?
