Your task is to convert Visual C++(6.0) console project to Visual Basic Console project. The amount of code is small, only three pages(about 150 lines) and only includes byte operations(Shift, Xor, And) and file reading. The actual code will be given to selected freelancer. This task is very simple and want to be completed with a few hours.

You ask to convert Visual C++(6.0) console project to Visual Basic Console project. The amount of code is small, about 150 lines. Do you want it to be converted using a custom Simulator And Do I need to provide that Simulator to you after this work for your future use if any.. Although, this job can be done within an hour, I appriciate that.
